Salmon with herb sauce and fried potatoes

I used the left over potatoes for this.

2 previously baked and chilled potatoes.
Salmon fillets for 4
Knor package of Garlic Herb Sauce.

I cut each potato in half then slice thinly. Season with garlic powder and salt and pepper. Then in a pan with 1T olive oil and 1T butter melted I fried the potatoes. Make sure to not put too many in the pan you want them to be nice and brown.

Bake the salmon on 400 for about 20-25 minutes seasoned with Cajun seasoning.

Place Salmon on the potatoes and then the sauce make just as the package says. You will only use about 1/4 of this sauce. Save for another meal later.
